Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Due to limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled session. Bookings made within 14 days of the session date are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the photographer’s discretion and are subject to availability. All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations are not permitted within 14 days of the scheduled session. All payments made are non-refundable within this period. Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance may be accommodated subject to availability. In the case of unsuitable weather for outdoor sessions, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. 3. Session Details Sessions include the time and services outlined in your selected package. The photographer will guide the session, but results may vary depending on the pet’s behaviour and environmental conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring their pet is safe, well-behaved, and under control at all times. 4. Image Delivery Only the number of images included in your selected package will be professionally edited and delivered. Additional images may be available for purchase. Final edited images will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks. RAW/unedited images are not provided. 5. Prints & Artwork Any prints or artwork included in your package will be professionally produced. Slight variations in colour and finish may occur due to printing processes. 6. Copyright & Usage All images remain the intellectual property (copyright) of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal-use license, allowing them to download, share, and print images for personal use. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 7. Promotional Use The photographer reserves the right to use images from the session for portfolio, website, and social media marketing (including Instagram), unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session. 8. Liability While every care will be taken, the photographer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the session. 9. Force Majeure If the photographer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or refund of the booking fee will be offered.
